We offer a flexible (instruction) peel of former soldiers with operational and didactical experience

Numerous former militairs of the Dutch Special Forces, with plenty operational and didactical experience, are active in society. Many of them still feel at home in military surroundings and long back to the solidarity, colleagues and dynamic of working in the military. However, working in the military is no longer applicable with their way of living and is therefore at the expense of precious experience and kowledge.
TGA brings back these former companions in a flexible construction to Defence and contributes to the needed capacity building.
Our preferred way, also known as insourcing, appoints staff to function and integrate in the military training structure of the relevant unit. The aim is to increase the instruction capacity of the unit in question and fully comply with existing frameworks, training instructions, LSP's and Syllabi. We strive for a long-term cooperation that guarantees the acquired knowledge and skills of former employees in the military.

Our instructors

All instructors of TGA:

  • Understand and feel comfortable with the (military) culture of the Royal Dutch Army (CLAS)
  • Are competent in didactics (EIB, AIB, ECOD, etc.)
  • Meet the required criteria
  • Have extensive operational (overseas) experience
  • Are above the subject matter at all times

WHAT WE OFFER 

In addition to training in the medical domain and firearm/sniper instruction, TGA also provides instruction capacity for the training of, for example operational leadership and instructors in various disciplines within the domain of (army) engineers. This includes the specific subject areas of Search, Ammunition Awareness, and various explosive training courses.

Triangular Group Academy has an extensive network and plenty recruitment capacity. Moreover TGA offers varied and challenging work in the public and private sector. This makes TGA an attractive employer for former Dutch militairs. We can therefore quickly offer capacity for a broad scala of domains in the Dutch armed forces.
