Crime in seaports

As part of a series of risk analyses on organized crime, TGI has strengthened the resilience of seaports. These studies have enhanced the effectiveness of networked security policies and reinforced collaboration and trust between government agencies.

Fraud and investigation

Thousands of victims across Europe fell prey to millions in stolen funds. TGI conducted an investigation to identify and locate the perpetrators behind the fraudulent investment platform. Through interviews, corporate and financial research, the identity of the main culprit was established, and their place of residence outside Europe was verified.

Legal support

TGI assisted a law firm in a long-running international human rights case by locating witnesses and victims in high-risk areas, identifying threats to these individuals, and safeguarding their privacy and integrity. Additionally, TGI contributed to the interpretation of witness statements with specialized expertise.

Disinformation and vulnerability research

TGI has conducted several large-scale investigations to map online disinformation flows. We identified the conditions under which disinformation can take root, the concrete risks that arise from it, and how vulnerability to disinformation can be mitigated.

Market entry in Ukraine

TGI assisted a client in launching business operations in Ukraine. After thorough due diligence on local partners, the client was provided with intensive and personal guidance during several visits.
