I am Jeroen, and since December 2024, I have been working as the Director of Triangular Group Leadership, a wonderful division within the equally remarkable organization, the Triangular Group.
With nearly 40 years of work experience at various levels – from operational to executive roles – I have honed my expertise in the development of individuals, teams, and organizations. My foundation was established during my more than twelve years of service with the Royal Netherlands Army, primarily within the Korps Commandotroepen (Netherlands Special Forces). As an instructor for, among others, the commando training course, I contributed to the formation, training, and excellence of future commandos.
After leaving the armed forces in 2000, I further developed and applied this expertise in various sectors, including judicial youth care, child and adolescent psychiatry, elderly care, youth protection, and specialized mental healthcare. These experiences, combined with my work as a freelancer in leadership and team development within the corporate world, and my completed studies in social sciences, allow me to merge practical expertise with theoretical knowledge. I now passionately and enthusiastically apply this combination to the Triangular Group in general and the Leadership division in particular.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, relatives, and friends. I also regularly engage in sports, hiking, cycling, reading, drawing, painting, and keeping up with current affairs in the news.
