With a background in the Korps Commandotroepen and years of experience in demanding environments, I focus on guiding individuals and teams to unlock their full potential. During my service, I built extensive knowledge and skills in team development, personal effectiveness, and performance under pressure, which I now apply in my work as a speaker and consultant. After my service, I co-founded Triangular Group with my partner, Onno van Boven, and together, we have grown the company significantly.
Having spent years in the executive team and witnessing Triangular Group’s impressive growth, I recently decided to step back from operational duties. My current focus is on supporting recruitment and enhancing visibility for Triangular Group.
My expertise goes beyond leadership; in my role as a speaker and consultant, I assist people in developing resilience, collaboration, and communication. These qualities are also central in my role as a team leader and instructor in the program Kamp Van Koningsbrugge, where I help participants overcome mental and physical barriers, as well as in my keynote speeches and theater show Groeipijn. Here, I adopt a no-nonsense approach, helping others push their boundaries and trust in themselves during challenging situations.
As a speaker and advisor, I work with a wide range of people and organizations to strengthen skills and collaboration. My focus is on creating environments where individuals can excel, whether in stable circumstances or in situations full of uncertainty. With practical insights and focused support, I contribute to shaping a culture where perseverance and mutual support are key.
