WHAT DOES THE 4 STEP TEAM TRAIL LOOK LIKE?

Step 1: Individual intakes with all participants regarding goals and desires.
Step 2: 2-day training, including overnight stay.
Step 3: Progress day (09:00-17:00)
Step 4: Confirmation day (09:00-17:00)

There are 4 weeks between each step. Each step is preceded by an analysis. Each step ends with clear agreements on process and results.
