The heart of TGA

Our organisation is based at the 300-year-old 'Meihoef' farmhouse – an inspiring environment for all our staff members who support and manage our trainers. Besides having our own training venue and several classrooms where we offer in-house training sessions, it is a place where people come together, where we celebrate our successes, and where everyone receives a warm welcome.

The management of the Triangular Group

The Triangular Group was founded by Ray Klaasens and Onno van Boven. In 2014, they replaced their successful careers within the Dutch government for entrepreneurship. Their journey began with the launch of Triangular Group Intelligence (TGI), which provides its customers with an optimal information position and is led by Sander Kokken. Onno, Ray and Sander all three served as officers at the KCT and the intelligence services. TGA was founded four years later and has been led by Marlin van Hal since 2020. After her professional athletics career, Marlin held various positions within the management team of a fitness chain.

The Shared Services team

The Shared Services Centre is the driving force behind the Triangular Group Academy. Every day they work hard on all the supporting activities that keep our company running. From financial administration to human resources and from hospitality to real estate. With a wide variety of expertise and knowledge, the Support Center is a source of information for all TGA employees and customers. It has become an indispensable part of our organization.

Unconditional commitment

The Commando & Family Foundation (CFF) provides a safety net for anyone who has worked for or with the Commando Corps since 1993 and is also located in the Meihoef, a place where everyone is always welcome. The foundation helps former operators and their families who need support when existing provisions or facilities prove inadequate or react too slowly. To achieve this, CFF relies on a large group of volunteers consisting of (former) Special Forces staff, operators and family members. With each other, for each other.

Triangular Group Intelligence is a research and consulting firm with its roots in the intelligence and security domain. Our seasoned in-house intelligence experts use their unique skills and a wide variety of methodologies to support clients worldwide as they face the most complex risk and information challenges. Thanks to our extensive network, we are always well-informed when operating in demanding areas and create well-balanced action plans. The Triangular Way offers an all-source approach to any given challenge.
